I opened my practice to provide massage & manual therapy for people who prioritize movement in their lives. I assist people in caring for injuries, improving mobility, and enhancing recovery for sport.
My practice has deep roots in deep tissue massage, a discipline that primarily works to influence the musculoskeletal system. It is my job a Licensed Massage Therapist to asses the needs of a client and use a variety of modalities to address their concerns. My choice for pressure and technique is dependent on the client and their goals for the session.
