I graduated from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Newington in 2011. I currently hold my CT License #6749.
My focus is on educating you on self care as well as on the muscular system, how it works, what causes knots and how your muscles interact with the rest of your body. I use a blended treatment to address muscle dysfunction but not at the cost of your comfort.
