Aloha and Hello!
I have been a practicing Certified Massage Therapist since 2002. I was born and raised in California; as well as practicing Massage, I also enjoy the outdoors, travel, yoga, reading, listening to music, and spending time with quality people! I have extensive experience with clients of all ages.
My preferred modalities include: Myofascial Release, Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian) Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Stretching Massage, Integrative Stretching, classic Swedish Massage, Acupressure, and general energy work that is incorporated into the massage. All massage therapy is specific to the individual's needs at that time. I also offer Hot Stone Therapy and Dynamic Cupping Therapy at no additional cost.
I strongly believe in learning new techniques and networking in the Massage and Bodywork community. I am looking forward to many more years of learning and practice!
