I offer several types of massage to meet your individual needs. My original certification is in Thai and general massage, where I learned to align the body through compression, movement, and stretching. I’ve since expanded my training to include sports, assisted stretching, and prenatal techniques for a well-rounded, customized approach.
I am certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage, a special modality that helps the immune system function optimally and allows me to work with certain medical cases like lymphodema or lypodema.
While working at Lifetime Fitness, I got to work with personal trainers, athletes, and lots more sports massage. I enjoy adding moves from the world of massage to keep things interesting and evolving. I have a passion for Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, vigorous Turkish bathhouse massage, gentle Japanese Shiatsu, and ever-flowing Swedish.
I have worked in a yoga studio offering Thai yoga massage, energy work, and prenatal massage and love working with expecting moms! As a male therapist, I also love to delve specifically into men's health to be a good resource on men's health topics.
