Laura has been a state-certified (CAMTC), practicing massage therapist for over 6 years. She has worked in many different massage environments including medical massage, sports/deep tissue, and spa settings. She also spends time teaching massage to aspiring therapists at a local acupuncture college. Her practice specializes in orthopedic massage and therapeutic/deep tissue. Her depth of knowledge and varied experience allows versatility in her work that increases efficacy, allowing her to offer both spa-like relaxation while providing performance-focused results. She also incorporates IASTM methods such as targeted cupping, scraping, and hot stones friction to help clients progress more quickly toward their movement goals. For those recovering from surgery or injury, Laura is a Certified Manual lymphatic Drainage Therapist, certified in the Vodder method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage.
Located on the west side of Chula Vista, Laura enjoys bringing her skills to the surrounding community while also splitting her time in the Mission Valley area.
