Experience a new way of being at knewsoma. The name “knewsoma” is a combination of a few word origins; know, new, and soma. The term ‘soma’ is derived from the word somatic, which deals with ‘the body.’ We, at knewsoma, believe that knowing yourself, means to experience yourself in new and renewed ways that involve the mind, body, soul connection. Our goal is to bridge the intrinsic connection between that trinity — through deep relaxation from intentional touch, instilling knowledge through aftercare and resources, and balancing the energy centers of the light body.
In each of my sessions, I offer both pragmatic and intuitive insights, and provide proactive solutions for your continued well-being.
