Kneaded Massage Crofton

Chelsea Adams-Cook, LMT, is the owner of Kneaded Massage and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012. She is passionate about providing individualized massage therapy that meets each client where they are and evolves with their changing needs.

Chelsea earned her associate degree in Massage Therapy from Anne Arundel Community College and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She also holds a Letter of Recognition in Nutrition and Fitness and has completed extensive continuing education in women’s health, including prenatal and postpartum massage, fertility massage, menopause massage, and infant massage. Her additional training includes Integrative Reflexology®, craniosacral therapy, hot stone massage, cupping, lymphatic techniques, sports massage and stretching.

Beyond her clinical practice, Chelsea is an NCBTMB Approved Continuing Education Provider, teaching courses for fellow massage therapists on a variety of clinical and professional topics. She is also actively involved with the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), where she advocates for the massage therapy profession and supports education and professional development. 

Chelsea believes massage therapy should be individualized, evidence-informed, ethical, and centered around the needs and goals of each client.
