I'm Kim, a licensed massage therapist serving the communities of Bardstown and Elizabethtown, KY. I offer therapeutic massage to support your body's natural healing process and help restore balance and ease. I tailor every session to each client's unique needs to create a personalized treatment that best supports your goals. (In Elizabethtown I'm located inside SPA Professional Associates, and in Bardstown I work out of my home office.)
I graduated from Advanced Massage Therapeutics in Louisville, KY in December of 2024. In July of 2025 I earned a certification for the gold-standard Vodder method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage from the Costa Rica School of Massage.
My own experience living with chronic and autoimmune conditions first drew me to massage therapy. Through that journey, I discovered how powerful and transformative that skilled therapeutic massage can be. I'm passionate about helping others facilitate their own healing and find their unique path to wellness.
