I have been practicing massage for over 18 years!
I graduated from Iowa College of Natural Health in 2007. I spent the first twelve years working at a massage franchise in Clive, IA.
I chose to go into massage therapy to help others relieve their stress and tension. I know the jobs we have can put a lot of pressure on our bodies and minds, so with massage we can fix that by working the muscle to release our tension. Techniques that I have learned are deep tissue, myofascial release, swedish, prenatal, and cupping. These are all tools to help customize the massage to fit the needs. No two people are exactly the same.
