Always beginning with the base of Swedish Massage, my experience offers Deep Tissue, Myofacial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Dynamic Stretching or PNF Techniques and Shiatsu with the addition of certifications in Cupping, Reiki I & II, Ama Deus and Infant Massage.
With more than 30 years experience in massage work, I have developed a keen sense of body disfunction and heightened intuition to make each session a unique approach to your needs. Whether it is relaxation or more treatment-based massage work, I will work with you to help acheive your goals!
