Stress, life‘s craziness, injuries, and chronic issues; I help bring you back into balance. I’ve been a massage therapist for 10 years, and am still absolutely in love with what I do!
A little about me! My husband and I have a one kiddo so far, cows, a cat who’s more like a cat dog, and dogs! Ohhh and did I mention chickens too?! We are down to earth, have fun and are always up to something!
On the business side, I knew I wanted to be in the healthcare field since I was very young, it was in my sophmore year that I realized just exactly what I wanted to do. I decided after writing a research paper about herbal remedies and pharmaceutical drugs, that the alternative realm of healthcare is where I wanted to be. I have always wanted to help people, help them feel better. And massage turns out, came naturally to me and was my true calling! I cannot imagine doing anything else. I spent around 8.5 years working in therapeutic type settings (i.e chiropractor offices). In that timeframe I also served 6 years in the Air National Guard. It challenged me in in many different ways which allowed grow professionally and personally.
In my practice I use my hands and intuition to tailor the massage to every person on the table. From Swedish massage to deep tissue, therapeutic treatment and more. I use tools like hot stones and cups to adjust the massage as needed, and sometimes I don’t use them at all. Every person, every body is unique and I love figuring out how to work with your body.
