Since 2014, I have been dedicated to supporting clients through therapeutic massage and holistic healing practices. Over the years, my work has evolved into a whole-body approach—honoring the deep connection between physical tension, breath, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance.

Through guided breathwork, clients learn how slowing and deepening the breath directly impacts the nervous system, reduces stress hormones, improves circulation, and creates physiological safety within the body. When we regulate the breath, we regulate the body.
Sound healing sessions immerse you in therapeutic vibrations that gently support the body’s natural frequency and energetic alignment. These sessions invite profound relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system restoration.
