I found massage therapy while recovering from a back injury at the age of 23. Through my training in massage school, I learned not only that there was Life after serious injury, but Hope as well.
My knowledge of body mechanics, posture, and body awareness has allowed me to thrive in the face of challenges that have included an auto collision, repetitive-use injuries, a back re-injury that led to surgery, and other things that might have otherwise led to a reduction in the enjoyment of life.
There are many ways to become more comfortable in one's body and maintain balance through postural awareness and simple maintenance practices. Let's explore them together. Feel free to schedule online, message, or call for more information when ready.
