Massage is not a luxury. Not the way I see it and many of my clients agree. Massage is a 'tune-up' for the body, mind and soul. I give my clients a much needed 'time-out', a place to relax the mind and rest the soul while I unwind the body, tense from the hectic and fast paced world we live in. I've always wanted to help people in a natural way and have always been a hand's-on type of person. I seem to have found my calling in massage and bodywork.
My style is very versatile, ranging from therapeutic sports-like bodywork to relaxing melt-your-muscles Swedish techniques. Every session is customized to each client's individual needs, by integrating several different massage and bodywork techniques such as Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage and Rejuvenation Massage. I am also a Certified Reiki Master for those who have complications that prohibit massage or even those who need a little extra help relaxing.
