If I will be billing you or insurance standard rates per unit apply and are as follows: Myofascial Technique or other Manual Therapy (97140): $30 per 15 Minute Unit. Therapeutic/Rehabilitative Massage (97124): $30 per 15 Minute Unit. Self-pay (Cash/Check/Debit or Credit Card) with payment at time of service: 30 min- $50, 45 min- $70, 60 min- $90, 75 min- $110, 90 min- $125, 120 min- $160.
