I have been in practice since 2000. I love what I do! Nothing gives me more joy than to see results and to know you are feeling better from the work that is done. My goal is to get you to a point where you are only needing maintenance visits to keep you feeling your absolute best! I use multiple techniques during each session as your body needs different work each and every day. I listen to how your body responds to my techniques and modalities. Of course, I am also available for when you have a flare up or something unexpected takes place and you need to be on the table!
I am a Certified End Of Life Doula and will walk this journey with you. Which means, do you have your affairs in order? Have you made your end of life choices on where you would like to be or how you want to be remembered? Do you need help in preparing for the end of life for yourself or a loved one?
