Integrative Bodywork and Coaching is a sacred space that customizes each session based on what the client needs.
I offer Massage Therapy and Integrative Coaching and use a variety of techniques to help achieve your goals, whether for relaxation, chronic pain or emotional balance.
A bodywork session may include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Acupressure, Stretching, Craniosacral and/or Energy Work. An integration of different modalities are used to create a unique experience each session.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your appointment, however, please give us 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Please understand that short notice cancellations/rescheduling or no show appointments, will be charged the full price of the service.
