I am a clinically focused massage therapist, with more than five years of professional experience. My training at the North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork was focused on understanding, and restoring, proper structure. My work typically involves removing trigger points that are causing pain, or movement dysfunction. I have also been integrating Southern Style Thai Massage to bring the body back to harmony. I believe in continual improvement, and strive for my bodywork to take traditional healing into the future.
