"Namaste, I'm Angel Ledford, a seasoned licensed massage therapist with over 14 years of dedicated practice here on the Treasure Coast. My journey began at The Alpha Institute of the Treasure Coast, where I graduated with the highest GPA and rated as top clinician in my class.
Additionally, I hold certification as a Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist from The Academy of Lymphatic Studies, specializing in the Vodder Technique. Furthering my commitment to holistic wellness, I pursued training, completing 500 hours of Yoga teacher training at both One Yoga Planet and The Yogamu Institute.
My approach to healing is intuitive, rooted in the belief that true wellness comes from restoring balance to the body.
