As a beach volleyball athlete. soft-tissue health has always been a primary concern.
I attended the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in St Petersburg and continued my education with Active Release Techniques® (ART®) and the AMTA.
I have been collaborating with Chiropractic physicians, the Baycare Health System, and beach volleyball tournament organizers in Tampa Bay since 2024.
Active Release Techniques® (ART®) is a patented soft-tissue treatment algorithm that aims to facilitate and restore proper range of motion at the joints and between soft-tissue structures.
As an ART® Certified Provider, I will assess your personal soft-tisue dysfunction to provide a tailored treatment.
