My name is Emeilya Iben. I am a massage therapist in Portland, Oregon.
I love working with clients who are motivated and curious as I see massage as a collaboration between the giver and receiver, though I have lots of experience working with clients who are new to massage or just starting to make personal changes in their life to advance their health.
My focus as a practitioner is to help clients decrease stress, improve mobility and daily function as well as bring awareness to the spirit.
My focus is primarily on sports massage and deep tissue although I do incorporate techniques from Shiatsu, Thai, Swedish Relaxation and Myofascial massage. I am also skilled in cupping, scraping and Gua Sha.
I love what I do and am always excited to work with new clients to see how massage can help benefit them personally. I'm looking forward to starting our work together!
