Functional Massage & Bodywork
In this 75 minute session, 15 minutes are used to warmup the soft tissue and scanning the body to see what areas need more focus. The remaining time is where the Massage Therapy aspect comes in, with different modalities and my homemade aroma
2 Hour Therapeutic Experience
In this 2 hour session I am able to cover the whole body with long strokes that focus on the full body connection. Discomfort and pain can stem from anywhere. 2 hours is enough time to scan, assess and recover the muscular system.
