Attention to the human body brings healing and regeneration.

Healing is our human nature.

Relaxation, restoration, and connection through massage therapy.

Feeling uncomfortable in your body, in pain, dis-ease, discomfort? Stressed, tired, overwhelmed, off? In need of a good squish? I got your back.

Reclaim your true nature and feel your best self.

I'm Jean, your wellness guide.

True wellness comes from treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. I take time to listen, understand your goals, and adjust my techniques accordingly. My sessions support healing, improve mobility, and encourage balance in body, mind, emotion, and spirit. I bring experience from the luxury spa setting, medical massage clinic, and training in the John F Barnes Myofascial Release method to help you feel your best.  My role is to cultivate a grounded and safe space where your nervous system and fascia can unwind, and your body can let go of pain and stress, return to a more natural state of balance, and feel more at home in your body.

Offerings include:

  • Integrative Massage
    • Relax, Recharge, Restore. A blend of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and other modalities to support relaxation, circulation, and overall wellbeing. Best for: stress relief, full-body relaxation, general tension.
  • Therapeutic Session
    • Address pain and dysfunction. A targeted, results-oriented approach to designed to address specific and chronic pain patterns, injuries, or movement restrictions. This work draws from Medical Massage (using trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial techniques, cupping, lymphatic drainage, and other modalities). Best for: chronic or recurring pain, injury recovery, postural tension, mobility restrictions.
  • John F Barnes Myofascial Release
    • Light touch modality. A gentle, sustained approach that works with the body's facia and nervous system. Instead of using force, this method allows restrictions to release gradually through structural work, rebounding, and unwinding. Sessions are slower and more meditative. JFB MFR treats the entire mind/body complex eliminating the pressure of the restricted myofascial system, or straightjacket, that causes the symptoms. Best for: trauma related or complex issues, sensitive or guarded bodies, nervous system regulation.

My training and experience includes:

  • Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
  • Certified Medical Massage Practitioner (MMP)
  • Certified John F. Barnes Myofascial Release practitioner (JFB MFR) MFR1, UW, MFR2, FP, CT, FC, RB, AUW, SES, T4T
