Hope + Heart Reiki is a bodywork, Reiki, focused practice. I am a trained, Master level Reiki practitioner and I am currently in a Master's program for Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I left my full time career as a nonprofit executive to pursue my dream of helping others. I plan to incorporate Counseling and Reiki in the future to help serve the diverse mental, spiritual, and energetic needs of clients.
I currently provide Reiki energy work sessions and Chakra readings. My Reiki practice is based on the seven Chakras and energetic interpretation of these energy systems. The premise of Hope + Heart Reiki is to fascinate a relaxing, healing space to help cope with everyday challenges, to learn to quiet your mind, and to remove any energetic blockages.
