HEAV Massage is my happy place and I'm here to be the best addition to your self-care routine yet! I read your muscles while manipulating your soft tissue to provide harmony and balance inside and out. Each body is different and will have unique needs. I'll use things like heated tools, cupping, hot towels and stretching at no additional cost when your muscles need them or at your request!
