Hello! My name is Heather.
I have been providing the best Thai Yoga Therapy in Utah Valley for the last 6 years. I love it so much! I love the change I see in people because of it. It is a full body treatment that leaves you feeling revived, and ready to face the day!
I attended Healing Mountain Massage School in 2023 and now offer a professional, intuitive, result driven massage.
My skills include: Cupping, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Cranial Sacral, Lymph, Thai Massage, Swedish Massage, Reflexology to name a few. I like to include any of these modalities as needed during a session but if there is a specific one you need, want or are curious about, feel free to ask. I may not have supplies for cupping, scraping & hot stones away from the Spanish Fork location without advanced communication.
