I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Therapist offering highly personalized bodywork for profound stress relief and recovery in 60-135 minute sessions.

With a background as a movement artist, yoga instructor, and trauma-informed educator, I bring a unique understanding of mobility, pain patterns, and the mind-body connection.
