I have spent about 30 years in massage and body work and over time I watched how stress, trauma, and modern life show up not just in the muscles, but in the nervous system and spirit. That is why my work has evolved to address nervous system dysfunction and burn out. I weave together traditional muscle and myofascial release work, mobility and stretch therapy, full body reflexology and vibrational sound.
