With a background in pharmaceutical sciences from Campbell University, I took a leap to align my career with a holistic approach to health. I thrive on identifying root causes and tailor my therapeutic approach. Outside of work, I stay active, love the outdoors, enjoy experimenting in the kitchen, and attempt keeping plants alive. I’m all about continuous growth and I specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and cupping to ensure my clients feel their best.
