At Healing Roots Massage Therapy LLC, each session is tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re dealing with chronic tension, recovering from injury, or simply need time to decompress, I use a combination of techniques to support your healing goals- from relaxing Swedish massage to deeper therapeutic work.
My journey into massage therapy began with a desire to support others in their healing. I believe true wellness starts with listening to what your body needs. My mission is to help others feel more grounded, more relaxed, and more at home in their own bodies through intentional therapeutic touch. Healing Roots was born from the idea that healing starts within- and when we nurture the roots, everything else flourishes.
