I offer a variety of deep tissue therapies designed to address pain, improve mobility, reduce stress and improve your over-all health and well-being. My primary specialty is Thai massage, which is typically performed on the floor, although I bring these rejuvenating techniques to the massage table as well. I also perform myofascial release and recently added the ancient art of cupping to my specializations.

New clients undergo consultation regarding pain location, pain levels, and most importantly the goals they wish to get out of therapy. Through intuition and palpation I am able to locate trigger points and other areas in the body that would benefit from different techniques, which will assist you in achieving your goals.
