I combine the wisdom learned in the mountains of the Philippines with my American training to bring healing knowledge to the massage table.
I was born the 12th of 13 children in the village of Pataan in Negros Occidental, Philippines, where nature was our pharmacy and the mountains were our medicine cabinet. Growing up far from modern hospitals, I learned early that healing lives in touch, plants, and the wisdom passed down through generations. Our community's healer, called a Hilot, served as chiropractor, midwife, and primary caregiver for the entire village. Watching that work as a child planted a deep respect for the human body that has never left me.
I pursued that calling through education, graduating from college as a Registered Midwife before coming to the United States at 32. Here, I continued as a certified caregiver, including end-of-life care, and went on to earn my license as a Massage Therapist through Charles of Italy Beauty College and Massage Therapy School in Lake Havasu, Arizona in 2012.
Over 14 years of licensed practice, I have worked at Back In Motion and London Bridge Wellness Center, founded Muscle-Rx4U in Lake Havasu, and most recently established Healing Hands by Jesserie in Sierra Vista, Arizona. My approach is results-driven and intentional. Every session is built around your body and your goals - whether that means managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, improving mobility, or simply reclaiming space to decompress.
