I’m Liz, owner and founder of Head to Heal, and I’m glad you’re here! Head to Heal can now be found at our new home, inside The Collective of Concord.
Whether it’s massage therapy, cupping therapy, lymphatic drainage, red light or vibration therapy, relaxation or therapeutic touch, I will take the time to talk about your issues and goals and decide on an approach that isn’t just best for you, but one you are comfortable with.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Lymphatic Drainage Therapist and Certified Naturopathy Practitioner, I hold certifications in cupping therapy and scraping therapy as well. I incorporate a unique approach combining nature, science and touch to perfect the best session for you based on your individual needs. There is no one size fits all here and I pride myself in giving my clients the most distinct and individualized work possible.
