Shari Lynn is proficient in Myofascial Release and Cranial Sacral Therapy. She is a Certified Reflexologist. She specializes in Trigger-Point Therapy and Active Isolated Stretching - these therapies are some of the modalities utilized to relax the client and relieve pain and stress. She also enjoys working with soft tissue imbalances and rehabilitative therapies with advanced deep tissue massage. She customizes each appointment to the client’s individual needs. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her leisure time and has a cat “Emmy Mae”.
