Cade Holmseth LMT, CMT, is the owner and practitioner at HOH Bodywork. Both licensed and nationally certified, his skill sets include: swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, sports, prenatal, and medical massage; shiatsu; foot/hand reflexology; auricular therapy; cranial sacral therapy, reiki and qi gong energy work, essential oil consultations and treatments and raindrop therapy treatment. As a professional dancer, Cade also provides therapeutic stretching and strength building consultations for alignment.
His education accolades include a bachelor of fine arts from the University of Minnesota and massage and shiatsu certifications from CenterPoint School of Massage & Shiatsu among various continuing education certifications.
With a background in professional dance and circus aerial performance, he has a great understanding of how the body functions, how it breaks down, and more importantly, how to fix it. Often times problem pains and symptoms can have a hidden underlying cause. Cade looks at the whole picture and makes sure to find those hidden factors to make sure you don't just get pain free, but stay pain free.
