I have been practicing massage therapy for nearly 15 years. I attended Daymar College in Owensboro, Ky for my initial education in medical massage therapy. I've worked in a variety of settings from medical spas to chiropractic offices, and therapeutic massage studios.
My massage is a fusion of therapeutic work, assessment, and relaxation. During each session, I'm doing my part to assess the body for any issues or stated complaint(s) through palpating and stretching the muscles. I employ multiple techniques, modalities, and tools (hot stones, cupping, and scraping) in each session depending on the expectations.
