Amy Bienvenu, Certified Rolfer® provides you with the tools for optimal wellness for the whole person.
Practicing in the holistic healthcare field for over 30 years, Amy Bienvenu, is a Certified Rolfer® and massage practitioner. Amy became interested in holistic healthcare while recovering from sports injuries in high school. She received her bachelors in Exercise Health Sciences from Alma College in 1991, and moved to Seattle in 1992 where she completed her massage training and licensing in 1993. After 13 years practicing massage therapy, Amy pursued her interests in human potential and Structural Integration, becoming a Certified Rolfer® in 2005. She founded Island Wellness Center on San Juan Island and enjoyed many fruitful years in the Pacific Northwest. In 2020, Amy returned to New England to be near family. She now enjoys gardening, hiking, and exploring the Green Mountain State with her puppy and daughter. Amy is passionate about providing exceptional postural education and hands-on therapy to assist people on the journey to optimal wellness.
