Self-Care is a Necessity
As a massage therapist, I specialize in upper body tension ( ex. back, neck, shoulders, jaw, scalp, abdomen), deep relaxation and deep tissue. I utilize wood tool for body contouring and wood therapy.
When it comes to relaxation, a lot of us don't know how to let ourselves relax. As a massage therapist, it's my job to teach clients how to deeply relax to get the most out of their sessions, and leave feeling AMAZING!
So many times we get lost in the rhythm of the world and we forget to stop and take care of ourselves. Massage is one of the few Self-Care practices that require you to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING; just be present.
