Hi, my name is Karen M. Myers. I am a licensed Massage Therapist and have been practicing for three years. I have a passion for helping my clients relieve, stress, heal from injuries, and to help manage and prevent recurring and/or chronic pain.
I am a former EMT, daughter of a Marine, sister, granddaughter and niece of firefighters and also part Cree, Kutenai and Chinook. I have a special passion and appreciation first responders, active military and veterans, and am Native American friendly.
At Genesis Healing Touch Massage, your comfort and well-being are my top priorities. I will work with you to determine your needs and develop a personalized massage for you.
I take care to thoroughly clean and sanitize all equipment and supplies and check equipment daily for wear and tear, damage etc. to assure your safety and wellness. When needed or requested I will wear a mask and or gloves and I may also request that you wear a mask for the protection of both of us, especially for those who are, or are living with someone who is immunocompromised.
In the treatment room you will find relaxing lighting and music and clean sheets, a soft blanket and a table warmer that can be turned off or adjusted in temperature to your liking. There is a clean robe waiting if you should suddenly need to use the restroom or if we should have to evacuate the building quickly in case of an emergency.
