About Me

Hi - I'm Nathan. After leaving the corporate world in 2023, I decided to pursue work that felt more meaningful and aligned with who I am. Massage therapy was a natural fit. I've always believed in the power of human touch, and today I get to use it in a way that's skilled, intentional, and centered on helping people feel and function at their best.

I founded Full Spectrum Healing LTD to create the kind of massage practice I would seek out for my own care: a private, welcoming space where clients receive thoughtful, individualized attention. I work with a wide range of people, from busy professionals dealing with stress and chronic tension to hikers, cyclists, gym-goers, and other active adults looking to improve recovery, mobility, and overall performance.

My work blends therapeutic massage, sports massage techniques, myofascial work, and recovery-focused bodywork to help clients move better, feel better, and continue doing the activities they love. Whether you're training for an event, recovering from an injury, managing postural strain from work, healing after surgery, or simply in need of a reset, sessions are tailored to your specific goals.

I trained at the Colorado School of Healing Arts and am also certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, which supports post-operative recovery, swelling reduction, and lymphatic health. As an avid hiker, cyclist, backpacker, and regular gym-goer myself, I have a deep appreciation for what our bodies are capable of—and how important proper recovery and maintenance can be.

Full Spectrum Healing is also proudly LGBTQ+ affirming and judgment-free. My goal is to create an inclusive space where every client feels respected, supported, and at home in their body.

I serve South Denver and the surrounding communities with one simple goal: helping people move through life with greater comfort, confidence, and ease.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes—I'm a licensed massage therapist in Colorado and carry full professional liability insurance. I completed over 765 hours of training at the Colorado School of Healing Arts and hold additional certification in manual lymphatic drainage therapy.

Do you accept insurance?
I don’t bill insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt with the right codes and my NPI number) that you can submit to your insurance company. Many clients get partial reimbursement this way—especially if they have out-of-network benefits.

I saw online that you offer new clients a discount—how does that work?
Yes—new local clients can receive 15% off their first 90-min in-office Integrative Massage session. To use it, just copy and paste the link below into your browser and book directly through that page.

This offer is for local Denver-area clients only. If you’re visiting from out of town, standard pricing applies.

What is your massage style like?
My work is intuitive, attentive, and always client centered.  I start with slow, flowing strokes to help your nervous system settle and your body soften. From there, I gradually layer in deeper work where it’s needed—always staying connected and responsive to what your body tells me. I often find myself in an almost meditative state as I listen with my hands. Clients frequently tell me my work is deeply relaxing while also being focused and therapeutic in the areas that need attention.

Depending on your goals, I may incorporate techniques like kneading, compression, trigger point release, cross-fiber friction, myofascial work, lymphatic drainage, or gentle stretching. I use a high-quality, unscented vegan cream that hydrates the skin without leaving a greasy feel or staining clothing.

Your comfort and safety are always the priority. If anything feels off or painful at any point, please speak up—this is your time, and massage works best when your body feels safe and at ease.

Do you offer lymphatic drainage for post-surgical recovery?
Yes—I’m trained and certified in manual lymphatic drainage to support healing after cosmetic, surgical, or medical procedures (such as liposuction, knee surgery, etc.). This gentle, targeted work helps reduce swelling, improve circulation, and promote faster recovery. Lymphatic drainage is also beneficial for post-event athletic recovery and overall well-being.

Where will my massage take place?
I run my practice out my home studio, located near Hampden Ave & S Tamarac Dr. I offer a clean, cozy, and quiet space with soft music and a table designed for comfort. A guest bathroom is available just across the hall. I do have two cats, but they’re never allowed in the massage or guest bathroom areas.

Do you offer mobile massage?
No — I don’t travel for sessions. Most of my clients prefer coming to my space, and it allows me to stay focused on providing the best experience without the added time of travel and setup.

Do you provide a safe and affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients?
Absolutely. My practice is welcoming and affirming for LGBTQ+ individuals of all identities and expressions. I understand the challenges many in our community face in wellness spaces, and I’m committed to providing respectful, body-positive care, free of assumptions or judgment. You are seen, valued, and supported here—always.

Do you accept FSA/HSA cards?
Yes! You can use HSA or FSA cards to pay for your session—a great way to invest in your wellbeing using pre-tax dollars.

How do I book or reschedule my session?
It's typically most convenient for clients to book or reschedule directly through my Massagebook website, where the calendar is always current—this helps us both avoid unnecessary back-and-forth over availability. For rescheduling, simply sign in to Massagebook, locate your upcoming session and you'll see the option the reschedule and pick you new date / time. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to rebook or cancel.

Do I need to tip?
Tipping is completely optional. My rates reflect the value of my work. If you choose to leave something extra, it’s appreciated but never expected. I'm just happy you booked with me.

What if I don't see the day or time I want?
If your preferred day or time isn’t available, feel free to reach out! I’ll do my best to accommodate. No promises, but it never hurts to ask.

How early can I arrive for my appointment?
You’re welcome to arrive up to 5 minutes early. I often have back-to-back appointments and need time to reset the space after the previous client. If you arrive earlier, feel free to wait in your car until 5 minutes before your session.

Where should I park?
Please park along the quiet street in front of the house. Kindly avoid the driveway so you don’t block my roommates’ cars.

What should I wear during the session? Will I be covered?
Massage is typically done with the client fully unclothed, but you’ll always be properly draped with a clean sheet and blanket—only the area being worked on is uncovered. You’re welcome to undress to whatever level feels comfortable for you. I’ll leave the room while you get settled on the table and will knock and wait for your confirmation before re-entering.

What areas will be massaged?
A full-body session usually includes your back, arms, legs, glutes, feet, hands, head, neck, and shoulders. Before we begin, we’ll talk about what areas you want to focus on—or skip.

What are the benefits of massage?
Massage can help relieve chronic tension and pain, improve circulation, boost joint mobility, reduce stress, and promote healing from injuries. It’s also known to support better sleep, ease anxiety, improve posture, and create a greater overall sense of wellbeing.

Are there any medical conditions that make massage inadvisable?
Yes—some health conditions require extra caution or a doctor’s approval. I’ll ask about your medical history before we begin, so please be honest about any diagnoses or medications. If you’re under a doctor’s care, I may request written clearance before your session to ensure your safety.
