I provide a calm, healing. relaxing, safe place for my clients. I have advance training in cranio sacral bodywork. Cranio sacral bodywork works to relax and balance the central nervous system. I help with migraines and auto immune relief. I am trained in Therapeutic and prenatal massage, hot stones, and cupping body work.
I am certified in manual lymphatic drainage. This helps with edema, pre and post surgery recovery, post cancer and plastic surgery recovery. Your lymph nodes are your body's filters. If your lymph nodes are clogged and blocked edema and inflammation gather in other parts of your body.
Most people think they just need lymphatic drainage work after surgery, but actually you should get 2-3 sessions prior to surgery. If your lymph is already clogged and blocked, after your surgery, your body can't heal it's self properly. Toxins and inflammation can't get filter out, so instead it creates extra edema and scar tissue. Lymph regularly pumps 10-12 times per minute, but after a MLD session it beats 100-120 times in a minute. So your body is in super healing and filtering mode.
And than imagine afterwards, after doctor approves treatment, you get another session!
