Hello my name is Rae Long and I specialize in the John B. Barnes Myofascial Release Method. The “John F. Barnes” myofascial release technique is a slow, gentle stretch technique that penetrates deeply within the fascial system. The goal of myofascial release, or MFR, is to free-up restrictions within the fascial lines, allowing increased joint range of motion and better postural alignment, resulting in a decrease of pain. With 20+ workshops under my belt and practicing this technique for 10 years I have come to love the results I see in my client and myself.
