Ann was born and raised in Virginia and earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2006. Following her passion for healing and wellness, she graduated from Lotus Professional College in 2014 and is licensed to practice massage through the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
In 2016, Ann was honored to be inducted into the Shivagakomarpaj Old Medicine Hospital lineage of Thai Folk Medicine, where she studied under the guidance of Damion Bond at Woven Body Healing Arts. Her journey into holistic health also led her to study the foundations of herbal medicine with the esteemed Kathleen Maier at Sacred Plant Traditions in Charlottesville.
In 2022, Ann achieved the level of Reiki Master after extensive study with Lisa Powers, deepening her ability to channel healing energy and support her clients' physical and emotional well-being.
Ann is committed to expanding her expertise and is currently continuing her education in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Acupressure, Reflexology, and advanced Thai Massage techniques. Her dedication to lifelong learning ensures that she brings the most effective and up-to-date healing practices to her clients, fostering their wellness and relaxation with every session.
