With over a decade in the spa industry and 7 years as a licensed massage therapist, I bring both experience and heart to my work.
Techniques used during custom sessions include relaxing Swedish, Ashiatsu, Cupping, Gua sha, Hot stone, and Deep Tissue massage. As a creative with an extensive background in dance, my style is flowy, intuitive, attentive, and deeply therapeutic.
My goal is to support pain relief, ease tension, promote overall wellness, and create a sense of peace. I value meaningful professional relationships and believe massage is more than bodywork—it’s a safe, nurturing space for healing and self-care.
