Welcome to Eucalyptus Massage Clinic. Headaches from a tight jaw? Low back pain from sitting at a desk for long hours? Sore legs from training for a marathon? Your session will be created around whatever brings you through my clinic's door. A variety of modalities (ie deep tissue, scar tissue management, myofascial, lymphatic massage, etc) and tools (ie gua sha) are used to help accomplish each set of session goals. Check list for using insurance:
One- Call or email your insurance to verify your benefits- number of sessions, if a referral is required and an co pay
Two- Get referral/prescription; I must have a referral/prescription to bill insurance even if your plan doesn't require it.
Three- Email front and back of insurance card and your referral to eucalyptusmassagec@gmail.com
Four- Book appointment online according to your insurance company (ie 60 min massage Aetna only)

Payment: I accept cash (exact change), checks, Venmo and FSA. It is a patient's responsibility to pay in full at each session.

Services offered:
Customized Massage sessions, 60, 90 min (please email me to set up a 90 min session; not available to schedule online)
Modalities: Deep tissue, Swedish, MFR, Lymphatic Facilitation, Gua Sha/scraping, Reflexology, Scar Tissue Management, Intra Oral Massage. I am not trained in prenatal massage.

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy for any session. If I am not notified prior to 24 hours before your appointment then you will be charged the full price of your session, unless a replacement person can be found to take your session time. This is included in the intake form that all clients are required to sign.
