Empower Bodywork andMassage is a cultivation of everything I have worked hard to learn over thepast decade! My practice includes therapeutic techniques to support and empower people whoare suffering from long term pain, acute and chronic injuries, chronic illness,trauma, and high stress. A combination of bodywork and massage techniquesincluding deep tissue, treatment massage, myofascial techniques, craniosacraltechniques, yoga philosophy and breathwork, assisted stretching and range ofmotion techniques, aromatherapy, cupping, gua sha, and positive intention areall modalities that may be used in each client’s unique treatment session. Longterm goals will be set, and using my intuition, experience, and professionalismeach treatment session will be unique to the client’s needs.
