Meet Emily Paro
Emily is a Licensed Massage Therapist located in Nacogdoches, TX with a passion to share a holistic approach to self-care, along with helping clients manage their chronic stress and pain. Emily is skilled in working with various populations and offers accommodations and hopes to make bodywork an accessible service for all. She is a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (CMLDT) and a practicing Reiki Practitioner. Emily calls upon her experience in both spa and chiropractic settings to serve and accommodate clients of different needs and abilities. She is a new business owner and hopes to share her love and passion for wellness, nervous system regulation and self care with her hometown community. Emily runs her business as a Trauma Informed practitioner and works in collaboration with clients to ensure their safety and comfort for every session.
Emily hopes to improve the quality of life for her clients and knows the power that peace and relaxation can have on the body and mind. Her goal is to empower clients to take their health into their own hands, collaborate as a team and create a plan that sees a client as a whole being, not just a problem area.
