Embodied Integrated Care is a scent free and hypoallergenic bodywork studio housed within the beautiful Rooted Heart Wellness Collective. Step into a world of serenity and comfort to relieve pain and build mind/body connections through custom massage, therapeutic assisted stretching, and guided meditation. Specializing in somatic mindfulness and pain management, each session is collaborative between you and your provider. Every appointment includes a thorough intake and closing consultation in addition to your hands on time in session to ensure your specific needs are addressed and you leave feeling empowered by the work done in session.
About your provider:
Bailey (they/them) is strong believer in the power of mind/body connection and that within ourselves we all have the power to find the healing we need. They have experienced the transformative power of using intentional bodywork as a vehicle for self growth first hand across their struggles navigating a queer identity and finding peace with their own self perception. Bailey has gained a broad perspective of the places life can take us and the ways we can find self betterment though giving and receiving bodywork.
Bailey received their undergraduate in Exercise Science at Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2023 and has been a resident of Colorado for the past 18 years. They have 7 years of experience in coaching, studying movement, and bodywork. With intuitive touch and a generous heart, Bailey is looking forward to being your guide to feeling embodied and empowered.
