Time to relax
Hello and Welcome to Elizabeth Loughhead Massage Therapy!
I began my business in the heart of BV in 2023. I offer 30, 60, and 90 minute massage sessions and special add-ons. Every massage is tailored to your wants and needs based on a combination of what you tell me and my intuition as a therapist :) I absolutely love what I do, and my goal is for you to feel relaxed, nurtured, and pampered throughout your session. This world is stressful and it is so important to take time to relax!
My office is located at 2175 Magnolia Ave Suite 103 Buena Vista Va, I’m in the same building as The Beeve!
I also offer mobile massage and spa parties, which means I will travel to you! These services do have an additional cost
What to Expect:
Nervous about your first massage? It's OK and normal! Once you enter my space I feel confident you will find there is nothing to be nervous about :)
Please arrive for your session 5 minutes before your scheduled time
We will talk for a couple minutes and then I will step out of the room to let you relax, undress, and get settled on the table
Undress to your comfort level! You can be fully undressed if you prefer, most people leave their underwear on. If you prefer to stay dressed, I have plenty of options for clothed massage too!
Please let me know at anytime during the massage if you need anything different- more or less pressure, heat turned down, music turned up, etc. Every body is different!
Take your time getting up after your massage- drink plenty of water and you may feel some soreness for a couple days after a deep tissue massage
