Elite Recovery and Nutrition, LLC is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Kristin Ripley in Valparaiso, IN. She offers therapeutic massage, recovery techniques, and nutrition coaching and believes that massage therapy is not merely a luxury, but an essential component of self-care and wellness. Kristin has an education in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, Massage, and Nutrition. She has over twenty years of training and experience that will allow her to utilize a variety of techniques-tailoring each to address the unique needs and preferences of her clients. Whether seeking relief from stress, muscle tension, pain management, or simply a moment of tranquility, she is committed to delivering exceptional therapeutic services.
The nutrition coaching component provides education, an individualized nutrition plan to meet clients' goals, and weekly check-ins with feedback. She works one-on-one with clients to determine their body's needs to help with lifestyle changes, weight loss, muscle gain, and sports performance. Nutrition services are offered online and in-person, depending on the location of the client.
